Kundalini is the Zumba of yoga. It gives you a great work out to music, relieves tension and improves mental clarity & focus…this isn’t called the yoga of efficiency for nothing!

As there is an aerobic element to kundalini it is a great way to keep fit, the positions are also simple – so anyone can do them. You’ll be amazed after a few weeks at what you can do, you will really start to feel the improvements in your health, strength, mental clarity & your ability to cope with stress. We are all stronger than we know, most of us just don’t put this to the test that often.
